With all this hot sun outside and the abandonment of socks, I've got to thinking of the seaside. Whenever it gets all sunny and hot I crave the sea. The sea is on my mind a lot lately as I'm headed off to Shetland for a holiday in a week or so (9 big sleeps to be exact) and there's plenty of sea there. Yes! I will be indulging in a bit of Shetland lace knitting whilst there - can't wait!
So, with thought's of sea breezes and too much sun bumping around in my head, I've concocted this...
a lacy shawl in cool, summery yarn to fend off sea breezes and therefore named, Sea Breeze Shawl.
I wanna make it!
The PDF download is available in either US or UK crochet terminology. The pattern is also available on Etsy and Craftsy.
Oh My Goodness! This is the prettiest crocheted shawl I have ever seen! I am heading to Ravelry...
